Property managers need activations that are easy to communicate, simple to operate and genuinely enjoyable. Matcha Mamiii can serve in a clubhouse, lobby, pool area or approved outdoor space, with a menu and service window sized to the community. We confirm power, parking, loading and weather plans before arrival so onsite teams are not solving avoidable problems.
Every proposal identifies the service window, guest estimate, menu direction and included setup. We also confirm what the venue provides, whether the event is indoors or outside, and who can approve operational details. That preparation is what makes the bar feel effortless once guests arrive.
Packages currently start at $375. Many hosted events plan around $15–$35 per expected guest, but the final investment depends on volume, duration, menu, travel and custom styling. Applicable tax and any approved travel or production charge are itemized before deposit.
