Deposits and dates
The date is not reserved until the proposal is accepted and its stated deposit is paid. Deposits support advance planning, ingredient preparation and date protection and may become non-refundable as described in the proposal.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as plans change. Rescheduling is subject to availability and the terms in the accepted proposal. Costs already committed for custom items or preparation may still apply.
Outdoor weather
Outdoor events require a safe, level and sheltered backup location. Matcha Mamiii may pause, relocate or decline service when lightning, wind, heat, rain or site conditions make service unsafe. The proposal controls any transfer, credit or cancellation outcome.
